§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our appointment booking portal on the website https://www.skymentor.de.
(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is concluded with

(3) The presentation of the goods in our appointment booking portal does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our appointment booking portal, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the booking procedure provided in our appointment booking portal.
The appointment booking is made in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired service
2) Filling out the form with personal data
3) Binding submission of the order by clicking on the “Book this appointment” button
Before bindingly booking an appointment, the consumer can return to the website where the customer’s details are entered by clicking the “Back” button in the Internet browser they are using after checking their details and correcting any input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by means of an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at https://www.skymentor.de/agb. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include statutory sales tax, if applicable. Any shipping costs will be added.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by invoice.
(3) In the case of delivery by invoice, the purchase price is due upon receipt of the invoice.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will be made on the date chosen by the consumer.
§5 Personal data
The transmission of personal data via the appointment booking portal is subject to our privacy policy. For further information, please read our privacy policy.
§6 Rescheduling, cancellation fees, and no-show fees
The consumer can cancel or reschedule the appointment at any time up to the start of the appointment via the “Cancel or reschedule appointment” link in the confirmation email. There is no fee for postponing the appointment, provided that the postponement is made more than 12 hours before the start of the agreed appointment. In the event of postponement less than 12 hours before the start of the appointment, the consumer will be charged a service fee of €20.
If the consumer cancels the appointment more than 24 hours before the start of the appointment, there are no fees for the cancellation.
If the consumer cancels the appointment less than 24 hours before the start of the appointment, fees amounting to 25% of the agreed price of the service will be charged.
If the consumer does not show up for their appointment, a no-show fee of 50% of the agreed price of the service will be charged.
§7 Right of withdrawal for customers as consumers
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days, but not after the service has been provided, if the service date you have chosen is before the end of the fourteen days, without giving any reason.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
If you have requested that the services be provided during the withdrawal period, you must pay us the full amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided.
